The team handles disputes in trademarks, designs, copyright, unfair competition and protection of trade secrets, and advises technology sector clients at the intersection of IP and regulatory issues.

The role offers work in a motivated, international team with strong training and development, flexible and mobile working options, and exposure to significant IP litigation across German and cross‑border matters.

German law degree with above‑average results
Strong written and spoken English
Interest and/or experience in IP litigation (trademarks, designs, copyright, unfair competition, trade secrets)
Commercial mindset, legal creativity and ability to work in an international team
