An established global law practice is seeking a 3rd–5th year associate to join its New York investment management / fund formation team. The role focuses on structuring, formation and ongoing operation of private investment funds and advising private equity sponsors and investors on related legal, regulatory and compliance matters.

The team handles a broad range of fund-formation work, offering exposure to sophisticated sponsor-side matters and direct client contact with partners and clients.
