Join a global law-firm team advising Swiss and international companies on intellectual property, technology, digitalisation, artificial intelligence and innovation. The role combines counselling on protection, exploitation and enforcement of IP with hands-on support for technology projects, digital business models and AI-related legal issues.

Day-to-day work includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating technology, software, data, licence, R&D and AI-solution agreements, plus advising on commercial transactions and strategy for IP and data use. You will work closely with colleagues across an international network and contribute to client development and cross-border matters.

Law degree with Swiss bar admission (Anwaltspatent)
Demonstrable interest in IP, technology, digitalisation and AI
Experience or strong capability in drafting and negotiating technology/software/data/licence/R&D/AI contracts
Ability to analyse complex legal and commercial issues and deliver pragmatic advice
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Client-facing skills and experience working in international teams
Commercial mindset and interest in business development
