We are seeking an M&A Associate (100%) to join our international corporate practice in Zurich. In this role, you will advise clients on complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and managing multi-jurisdictional corporate restructurings. You will work closely with colleagues across our global network and with external advisors, and take responsibility for developing and maintaining client relationships.

The ideal candidate has a completed law degree (or equivalent) and is qualified, or eligible for qualification, as a solicitor in England & Wales or a similar jurisdiction. You bring at least eight years of post-qualification experience in M&A or corporate law, ideally gained at a leading law firm with additional in-house experience at a listed or multinational company. A keen interest in the life sciences (pharma/biotech/medical devices) and tech sectors is desirable.

We offer a dynamic, international environment with opportunities to work on significant local and global matters. Our benefits include a mentoring program, regular networking events, national and international mobility opportunities, a modern workplace, and a flexible working model.
