We are seeking a talented and ambitious junior associate to join a market-leading Employment & Compensation practice in Zurich. The team advises multinational and domestic clients on the full spectrum of Swiss and international employment law matters across sectors including financial services, insurance, technology, pharmaceuticals, transport, consumer products, publishing and retail.

You will work alongside experienced practitioners on complex, high-profile matters, advising both HR and in-house legal teams on day-to-day employment issues and contributing to internationally recognised expertise in discrimination, collective rights and workplace change, employment litigation and data privacy.

The role spans transactional employment work, ongoing advisory, cross-border projects, workforce restructuring and dispute resolution, offering exposure to the opportunities of a global platform within a collaborative, friendly and supportive local working environment.

Swiss-qualified lawyer with Swiss Bar admission
Strong academic background
Excellent German and English language skills
Sound legal drafting and analytical capabilities
A commercial mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
Genuine interest in developing expertise in employment law
