Top-tier Los Angeles office seeks a 4th–5th year litigation associate to join a busy litigation practice. The role involves handling all phases of commercial and civil litigation from investigation through trial, with opportunities to lead discovery, draft dispositive motions, manage pretrial workstreams, and participate in settlement negotiations.

The team values strong research, analytical, oral advocacy, and writing skills, plus the ability to manage junior attorneys and deliver high-quality work under time pressure. Confidential inquiries will be respected.

The posted California pay range for this role is $310,000–$365,000 (final offer dependent on experience and skills). Candidates must be members in good standing of the California State Bar.

4–5 years post-qualification litigation experience (civil/commercial litigation).
J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active membership in the California State Bar.
Proven experience managing all aspects of litigation: pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, pretrial, and trial support.
Excellent legal research, writing, oral advocacy, and case-management skills; experience supervising junior attorneys preferred.
