• Qualified attorney admitted in Germany (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent local qualification
• Experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, including contract and damages work
• Practical exposure to renewable energy disputes or related infrastructure/energy matters preferred
• Strong drafting, advocacy and client-facing skills; good German and professional English
