An internationally recognized law firm is seeking a motivated and organized litigation associate to join its Los Angeles office. The role offers hands-on responsibility across all phases of litigation, from case strategy through trial and mediation.

The associate will manage a caseload of approximately 10-20 matters, actively investigate claims, and develop case handling strategies. Day-to-day work includes drafting and responding to discovery, reviewing and analyzing documents for production, conducting legal research, and preparing pleadings and motions. The role also involves taking and defending depositions, attending hearings, arguing motions, and participating in mediations and trials.

Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting directly with opposing counsel and clients in a professional manner. 2+ years of litigation experience, with exposure to all aspects of litigation
Admission to the California bar
Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school
Exceptional legal research and writing skills, including proficiency with Westlaw
Strong oral advocacy skills and experience taking and defending depositions
Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
