M&A and Private Equity Associate

Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking associates with at least four years of experience to join its Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice in New York. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated private equity and leveraged buyout transactions within a collaborative and dynamic team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and related transaction documents.
• Supervising and training junior associates.
• Coordinating with legal specialists across the deal team to ensure smooth execution.

• At least four years of experience in M&A, private equity, and transactional work.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, particularly with acquisition agreements.
• Experience with leveraged buyout transactions preferred.
