M&A and Private Equity Associate — New York

A leading global law firm is seeking associates to join its M&A and Private Equity Group in its New York office. The role offers substantive deal exposure within a collaborative, cross-disciplinary team.

The position involves drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, supervising and training junior associates, and coordinating legal specialists across the deal team. Candidates will work on private equity and leveraged buyout transactions for a broad range of clients.
