Corporate Associate – M&A/Private Equity (San Francisco)

We are seeking associates to join a leading M&A and Private Equity practice in San Francisco. This role focuses on representing corporate clients and private equity funds in acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and other complex transactions, along with general corporate matters.

The position offers significant direct client contact and the opportunity for entrepreneurial associates to build client relationships and manage matters with a high degree of independence and autonomy.

• Law school class years 2018–2021 (or equivalent experience)
• Significant experience handling M&A transactions
• Strong understanding of corporate law and market terms
• Substantial experience drafting transaction documents and managing deals
• Driven, business development-oriented mindset
• Ability to take on high levels of responsibility and work autonomously
