An established M&A practice is seeking associates to join its corporate team in Houston. The role focuses on advising corporate clients across acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and other similar transactions, along with general corporate matters.

Associates will take on a high level of responsibility and work with significant autonomy, including substantial direct client contact. The position offers entrepreneurial lawyers a strong platform to build client relationships and manage matters independently.

Law school class years 2021–2024
Significant experience handling M&A transactions
Good understanding of corporate law and market terms
Substantial experience drafting transaction documents
