Top-tier New York office seeks mid- and senior-level associates for a busy Mergers & Acquisitions practice. Work will focus on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and joint ventures, with exposure to private equity and financial institutions matters.

Candidates will take lead roles on diligence, draft ancillary and primary deal documents, and work directly with clients and deal teams throughout transactions. The team handles the full lifecycle of complex domestic and cross-border deals.

3–6 years of transactional/M&A experience
Admission to the New York Bar
Proven experience leading diligence and drafting primary and ancillary deal documentation
Experience on private equity and/or financial institutions transactions preferred; strong academic and professional credentials
