Mergers & Acquisitions: Shareholder Activism

Our M&A team is seeking attorneys with 4–7 years of experience to focus on shareholder activism defense and corporate governance matters.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in public company M&A, including expertise in securities law, Delaware corporate law, and corporate governance, with hands-on experience advising public companies on shareholder activism and takeover defense. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior partners on high-stakes matters, develop client relationships, and help shape the future of our shareholder activism defense practice.

• 4–7 years of experience in M&A and corporate governance, with a focus on public company transactions
• Strong expertise in securities law, Delaware law, and corporate governance
• Hands-on experience advising public companies on shareholder activism and takeover defense
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
