- 3–6 years of corporate transactional experience (early-stage and growth-stage companies)
- Substantial experience advising life sciences or biotechnology companies, including VC financings and exit transactions
- Experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
- Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school
