Our client, a leading national law firm, seeks 3rd–6th year associates to join its private companies practice, advising venture-backed and growth-stage companies and their investors.

Counsel life sciences companies on general corporate matters, including venture capital financings and liquidity events.
Work with a growing national team serving clients across the life sciences industry.
Opportunity to build a practice, engage in speaking events, and contribute to the firm’s national platform.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience in a corporate department of a national or international law firm, focused on life sciences, along with a solid academic record.
