Growing private companies team seeks a 3rd–6th year associate to advise venture-backed and growth-stage life sciences companies and their investors. The role focuses on corporate and transactional matters across the company lifecycle, including venture financings and liquidity events.

You'll join a national platform working on strategic matters for disruptive life sciences clients, with opportunities to develop a practice, contribute to firm-wide programming, and participate in speaking and business-development activities.

3–6 years' PQE in corporate/transactional practice, with significant exposure to early-stage and growth-stage companies
Substantial experience advising life sciences companies, including venture capital financings and liquidity transactions
Experience in a national or international law firm corporate department
Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
