Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking 3rd–6th year associates to join its elite private companies team. This role focuses on advising disruptive companies and the investors who fund them, with a particular emphasis on the life sciences sector.

Ideal candidates will have at least three years of substantial experience counseling venture-backed companies on general corporate matters throughout their growth cycle, including venture capital financings and liquidity events. You will work with life sciences companies of all sizes, providing strategic legal counsel as they shape the industry.

This is an opportunity to join a growing national team and, in parallel with client work, build and run a practice, participate in speaking engagements, and contribute to the development of the firm’s national private companies platform.

3rd–6th year associate with substantial experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm, specifically working with life sciences companies.
Deep experience with early-stage and growth-stage companies, including venture capital financings and liquidity events.
Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school.
