Associate — Private Companies (Life Sciences)

Growing national private companies team seeks 3rd–6th year associate with a life sciences focus to advise venture-backed and growth-stage companies and their investors. The role involves counseling clients across the company lifecycle, including venture financings and liquidity events.

Successful candidates will join a cross-office platform, have the opportunity to develop and run a personal practice within the team, and contribute to firm-wide speaking and business-development initiatives.

• 3–6 years post-qualification experience, with substantial corporate work for early-stage and growth-stage companies
• Significant experience advising venture-backed life sciences companies on financings and other general corporate matters
• Background in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and client-counseling skills
