We are seeking a 3rd to 6th year associate to join our elite private companies team, advising disruptive companies and the investors who fund them. This role focuses on counseling venture-backed life sciences companies throughout their growth cycle, including general corporate matters, venture capital financings, and liquidity events.

Ideal candidates will have at least three years of substantial experience working with early-stage and growth-stage companies, particularly in the life sciences sector, gained in the corporate department of a national or international law firm. A strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school is required.

In parallel with client work, associates will have the opportunity to build and run a practice, participate in speaking engagements, and contribute to the development of our national private companies platform. This is a chance to join a growing national team working with clients that are shaping the life sciences industry.

We offer a competitive compensation package, with an expected annual pay range of $260,000–$390,000 (dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset), plus a full range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, commuter benefits, life insurance, AD&D, long-term care, backup care for children and/or adults, parental leave, and fertility benefits. Paid time off includes four weeks of vacation, two weeks of sick time, and 10 paid holidays per year.
