Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking 3rd–6th year associates to join its private companies practice. The team advises disruptive companies and the investors who fund them, with a particular focus on the life sciences sector.

Ideal candidates will have at least three years of substantial experience counseling venture-backed companies on general corporate matters throughout their growth cycle, including venture capital financings and liquidity events. This is an opportunity to join a growing national team working with clients that are shaping the life sciences industry.

Associates will also have the opportunity to build and run a practice, participate in speaking engagements, and contribute to the development of the firm's national private companies platform.

3–6 years of corporate experience, with at least three years of substantial experience working with early-stage and growth-stage companies, particularly in the life sciences sector.
Experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm, specifically working with life sciences companies.
Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school.
Experience with venture capital financings and liquidity events is preferred.
