Associate, Private Companies (Life Sciences) — New York

Growing national private companies team seeks a 3rd–6th year associate to advise emerging and growth-stage, venture-backed companies—with a focus on life sciences—on corporate and transactional matters. The role involves leading financings, supporting liquidity events, and counseling clients across the company lifecycle.

Successful candidates will join a cross-office platform, have opportunities to develop a visible practice, contribute to thought leadership and speaking engagements, and work on matters for clients driving innovation in the life sciences sector.

• 3–6 years' PQE in the corporate group of a national or international law firm
• Substantial experience advising early-stage and growth-stage companies, ideally life sciences clients
• Transactional experience including venture financings and exit processes
• Strong academic credentials and demonstrated ability to build client relationships
