Associate, Private Companies (Life Sciences)

National private companies team seeks a 3rd–6th year associate to advise emerging and growth-stage life sciences clients and their investors. The role emphasizes venture-backed corporate work across the company lifecycle, including financings and liquidity events.

Successful candidates will join a growing national platform, with opportunities to lead transactions, develop a personal practice, and contribute to firm-wide initiatives and speaking engagements.

• 3–6 years' PQE working with early-stage and growth-stage companies, preferably in life sciences
• Substantial experience with venture capital financings, M&A or liquidity transactions
• Background in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and client-facing skills
