We are seeking 3rd–6th year associates to join a leading national private companies team advising disruptive companies and the investors who fund them. The group counsels venture-backed businesses across the full growth cycle, from formation and venture capital financings through liquidity events.

This role carries a specific focus on the life sciences sector. The team supports life sciences companies of all sizes with strategic legal counsel, and associates work with clients shaping the industry.

Beyond client work, associates have the opportunity to build and run a practice, participate in speaking engagements, and contribute to the development of a growing national platform. Candidates should have experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm, ideally working with life sciences companies.

3–6 years of substantive corporate experience
Experience advising early-stage and growth-stage companies
Life sciences sector experience strongly preferred
Experience counseling venture-backed companies on general corporate matters, including venture capital financings and liquidity events
Prior experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school
