Corporate Private Equity Associate — Houston

We are seeking corporate associates to join a Houston-based private equity practice. The team advises leading private equity sponsors and corporate clients on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, joint ventures, and other complex transactions, along with general corporate matters.

Associates take significant responsibility and work with autonomy, managing deals from inception to closing. The role offers direct exposure to sophisticated sponsor-side transaction work in a collegial, business-oriented environment.

• Law school class years 2021–2023
• Strong foundation in corporate law and market terms
• Substantial experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents
• Demonstrated ability to manage deals from inception to closing
• Driven, business-oriented mindset with excellent judgment and the ability to operate autonomously
