Associate — Private Equity Finance (Borrower Side)

Leading, multi-office finance practice is hiring a senior associate to join its borrower-side private equity finance team. The role focuses on sponsor-side acquisition financings, private credit and leveraged transactions across syndicated and private markets.

The team advises borrowers and sponsors on complex capital structures, unitranche and multi-tranche financings, first- and second-lien facilities, mezzanine and preferred-equity arrangements, and related intercreditor and restructuring issues. You will work on large and middle-market deals with sophisticated lenders and sponsors.

• Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in borrower-side private credit, acquisition finance or leveraged finance
• Proven experience on sponsor-side/private equity acquisition financings
• Strong drafting and transactional skills across loan documentation and intercreditor agreements
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters and collaborate with cross-border teams
