Associate — Private Equity Finance

Seeking a mid-level associate to join a high-volume private equity finance practice that advises on borrower-side private credit, acquisition finance and leveraged financings across syndicated and private markets. The role sits on a team that handles a broad range of products including first- and second-lien, unitranche, mezzanine, asset-based and other sponsor-backed structures.

The team regularly works on complex sponsor-side and middle‑to‑large‑cap transactions and collaborates across practices to deliver integrated solutions for private capital clients. This position is open at multiple US offices and will involve active deal work and client-facing responsibility as part of the 2nd–4th year associate group.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant transactional experience (borrower-side private credit, acquisition finance or leveraged finance)
• Experience on sponsor-side acquisition financings preferred
• Strong drafting and deal-execution skills on credit agreements, security documents and intercreditor arrangements
• Ability to manage multiple matters, work collaboratively on cross‑practice teams, and interact with clients and lenders
