The office provides structured training and ongoing professional development tailored to early-career solicitors.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a hybrid working approach dependent on the requirements of the role and manager approval.

England & Wales qualified solicitor (NQ–3 years PQE)
Experience as a generalist property lawyer
Desirable: experience or interest in landed estates, agricultural or rural property work
Strong drafting, research and practical advisory skills; ability to manage multiple files accurately
Good commercial judgment, client-facing communication skills and a collaborative approach
