Our client, a premier global law firm, seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate (3rd to 4th year class) to join its market-leading Project Development & Finance practice. The role involves representing project lenders and sponsors across a broad range of industries and geographies, with particular emphasis on energy transition and innovative financing structures.

Responsibilities include:

Advising on complex project finance transactions, including structuring, negotiation, and execution.
Conducting due diligence and identifying legal and commercial risks and opportunities.
Drafting and negotiating finance and project documents.
Collaborating with global, cross-practice teams to deliver efficient, successful outcomes for lenders and sponsors.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in project development and/or finance at a large national or international firm.
