This role is aimed at mid-level associates (3rd–4th year) with project finance or project development experience who want exposure to market-leading, large-scale financings and cross-practice collaboration. The team handles high-value, technically sophisticated matters and offers substantial transactional responsibility.

Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with project finance or project development work.
Experience at a large national or international firm preferred.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and transactional skills on financing documentation.
Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
Ability to work collaboratively on cross-border, multidisciplinary matters and manage competing deadlines.
