This role is aimed at mid-level associates (3rd–4th year) with project finance or project development experience who want exposure to market-leading, large-scale financings and cross-practice collaboration. The team handles high-value, technically sophisticated matters and offers substantial transactional responsibility.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with project finance or project development work.
- Experience at a large national or international firm preferred.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and transactional skills on financing documentation.
- Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
- Ability to work collaboratively on cross-border, multidisciplinary matters and manage competing deadlines.
