Associate, Project Development & Finance

Global law firm seeking a junior project finance associate to join a top-ranked Project Development & Finance practice covering energy and infrastructure work across Asia. The role is open to candidates for the Singapore or Tokyo offices.

The team regularly advises lenders and sponsors on complex project financings, including large-scale energy and infrastructure transactions, and combines technical finance skills with sector-focused regulatory and commercial insight. This is an opportunity to work on cross-border, market-leading financings with experienced project finance practitioners.

• 2-3 years' post-qualification experience in project finance or infrastructure finance
• Demonstrable experience on project development and energy-related financings
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills on transaction documentation (loan agreements, security, project documents)
• Ability to work on cross-border matters and collaborate with international teams; English fluency required
