Mid-level associate opportunity in a major real estate investments and transactions group in New York. The role focuses on commercial real estate matters including joint ventures and co-investments, complex acquisitions and dispositions, and debt and equity financings.

Successful candidates will draft, review and negotiate joint venture agreements, purchase and sale agreements, loan and other financing documents, and related ancillary agreements; coordinate real estate due diligence (title, survey, zoning, leasing, financing); and work directly with senior lawyers and clients on transactions and portfolio matters.

3–5 years of transactional commercial real estate experience, preferably at a large law firm
Substantive experience with joint ventures, acquisitions/dispositions, and real estate financing
Proven drafting and negotiation skills (JV agreements, purchase and sale, loan documents, ancillary agreements)
Experience managing real estate due diligence (title, survey, zoning, leasing, financing)
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New York (or eligibility for prompt admission)
Strong writing, time-management skills; responsible, ethical use of AI technologies preferred
