Join a leading global law firm's Real Estate Practice and advise on complex, high-stakes real estate transactions. Work with a full spectrum of market participants, including public and private investors, private equity, institutional investors, developers, financial institutions, and alternative lenders.

Our capabilities span the full spectrum of multi-jurisdictional real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development of large properties or portfolios, corporate M&A, joint ventures, public offerings, and LBOs, as well as REIT and UPREIT structures. We also advise on all elements of transaction financing, including construction, mortgage, mezzanine financing, securitization, warehousing, loan-on-loan transactions, and mortgage debt portfolio acquisitions.

Our global real estate work covers a range of sectors and asset classes, including hospitality, data centers, industrial, healthcare, mixed-use, multi-family, office, and retail. We bring a commercially focused, cross-disciplinary approach to some of the most consequential and transformative matters in the market.

As an Associate on our integrated team across Frankfurt, Munich, and Hamburg, you will work on sophisticated national and international transactions from day one, collaborating closely with colleagues in London and operating largely as one team. English is our main working language, giving you valuable international exposure at the forefront of cross-border deal-making.

In this role, you will be involved in due diligence reviews, preparation of due diligence reports, and transaction documentation, and will quickly take on broader responsibilities in transaction and project management. As your experience grows, so will your role within the deal team.

We offer genuinely flat hierarchies, open collaboration, and early responsibility, plus hands-on mentoring and a structured training program that supports your professional development. You'll find an environment that combines legal excellence with commercial thinking and challenges, develops, and inspires you every day.

  • Newly qualified or equivalent experience (PQE not required)
  • Strong interest in real estate and high-profile transactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-border environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with English as the working language
  • Team player with a proactive, commercially minded approach
