A leading global law firm is seeking a highly qualified associate to join its dynamic Real Estate practice. The group handles complex, high-stakes real estate transactions of every kind across the United States and internationally, advising a diverse client base that includes private equity and investment funds, public and private real estate operating companies, development partners, REITs, financial institutions, and other institutional investors.

The role offers exposure to the full spectrum of multi-jurisdictional real estate work, spanning acquisitions, dispositions, and development of large properties and portfolios, joint ventures, real estate M&A, and all elements of transaction financing—including construction, mortgage, mezzanine, and securitization work. Sector experience extends across hospitality, gaming, data centers, industrial, healthcare, mixed-use, multi-family, office, and retail.

Associates work with attorneys both locally and across the firm regardless of assigned office, marshaling cross-disciplinary resources to execute transactions from start to finish. The successful candidate will bring strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills and a genuine appreciation for the business of real estate investing.

At least three years of experience in complex real estate transactions
Background in joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A, and financings
Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
Understanding of and appreciation for the business of real estate investing
