Top-tier U.S. offices are seeking associates with 3–5 years' experience to join a national Registered Funds practice within a leading investment funds group. The role is open in multiple U.S. offices.

Candidates will work on the formation, structuring and ongoing advice for a range of registered and retail fund products, including mutual funds, ETFs, listed closed-end funds and alternative retail structures such as interval/tender-offer funds, BDCs and REITs. Experience with regulatory, compliance and distribution matters, and familiarity with public company reporting and capital markets issues, will be valuable.

The team values strong analytical and drafting skills, excellent verbal communication, and solid academic credentials. Bar admission (or prompt eligibility) in a relevant U.S. jurisdiction and a J.D. are required.

3–5 years' funds or investment management experience at a recognized practice or law firm
Substantive experience forming and structuring mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds and alternative retail fund vehicles (BDCs, REITs, interval/tender-offer funds)
Familiarity with regulatory, compliance and distribution matters; public company reporting/capital markets experience a plus
Juris Doctor and admission (or eligibility for prompt admission) to a U.S. state or D.C. bar
Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills
