Associate / Senior Associate, Commercial Litigation

Join a leading disputes practice and work on high-value, complex matters, including international cases. You will collaborate with Partners across offices, gaining exposure to a broad range of work and sectors while developing a specialty in your area of interest.

Typical work includes advising on commercial and contractual disputes, regulatory inquiries, corporate crime, internal investigations, public inquiries, class actions, arbitration, and projects disputes.

This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working (60% in the office) and flexibility for the right arrangement.

• Experience in commercial litigation within a large national or international law firm, or a combination of private practice and court experience
• Ability to manage larger matters, develop client relationships, and contribute to business development
• Desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others (depending on level)
