Join a highly regarded disputes and investigations practice and work on complex, high-value matters in the Australian market, with frequent exposure to international disputes.

You will collaborate with partners across the practice group and gain a broad range of experience, with the opportunity to develop a niche in areas of interest while building a strong foundation across commercial litigation.

Your work could include advising clients on:

Commercial and contractual disputes
Regulatory inquiries and investigations
Corporate crime
Internal investigations
Commissions of inquiry and coronial inquests
Class actions
Arbitration
Projects disputes

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with hybrid and flexible working arrangements available.

About you:

Experience in commercial litigation within a large national or international law firm (a combination of private practice and court experience will also be considered)
Ability to manage larger matters, develop client relationships, and participate in business development activities
A desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others (depending on level)
