Join a globally integrated financial markets team advising on a wide range of financing transactions across Australia, Asia Pacific and other jurisdictions. You will work on cross-border, multi‑jurisdictional deals and collaborate with partners and teams across international offices to deliver coordinated client solutions.

The role involves active transaction execution — drafting, negotiation and client management — while contributing to business development, mentoring junior lawyers and sharing knowledge across the practice. 2–4 years’ PQE (UK equivalent) with qualification in a Commonwealth jurisdiction
Experience in one or more of: general banking, infrastructure/project finance, leveraged finance, restructuring, asset finance or structured finance
Strong technical and transactional drafting/negotiation skills and commercial judgment
Proven ability to work collaboratively across jurisdictions and cultures; proactive approach to business development and mentoring
