Join a globally integrated financial markets team advising on complex, market-leading financing transactions across the Asia–Pacific region. The role is open in Australia (Sydney or Perth) and offers exposure to cross-border and multi-jurisdictional mandates within a top-ranked banking & finance practice.

You will work closely with senior lawyers across international offices on high-profile financings, take an active role in transaction execution (drafting, negotiation and client engagement), and contribute to knowledge-sharing and junior lawyer development.

1–4 years' PQE (commonwealth jurisdiction qualification preferred)
Experience in one or more of: leveraged finance, infrastructure/project finance, restructuring, asset or structured finance
Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills; commercial acumen
Ability to work collaboratively across jurisdictions and contribute to business development and mentoring
