We are seeking an Associate-level insurance litigator to join a busy Sydney insurance team handling financial lines and professional liability work. The role offers responsibility for contentious coverage matters, professional liability and directors & officers disputes, and involvement in regulatory investigations and inquiries.

You will run and assist on insurance litigation in the Supreme and Federal Courts, handle subrogation and reinsurance-related matters, draft advices and court documents, and build relationships with insurer and reinsurer clients across Australia and internationally.

Approximately 4 years' PQE in defendant-side insurance, coverage or professional liability litigation
Experience managing coverage disputes and running matters in Supreme/Federal Court
Familiarity with D&O, cyber, warranty & indemnity, subrogation and reinsurance issues
Strong drafting, communication, time-management and attention to detail
