Join a national Funds, Superannuation & Financial Services team advising major institutional investors on a broad range of direct and indirect investment work. You will work on pooled funds, co-investments, funds‑of‑one, JV and direct private market transactions across asset classes such as real estate and infrastructure, and assist with investment-related regulatory and compliance matters.

Experience in funds, superannuation or financial services law, ideally from a top-tier, national or international firm or in-house team
Practical experience on investments or funds-related transactions across private capital asset classes (pooled funds, co-investments, direct investments/JVs)
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance issues affecting investors
Strong academics, teamwork and a commitment to building a specialist investments practice
