Mid-level associate opening in a major international law firm's capital markets and securities group, based in New York. The role focuses on structured finance and securitization matters, with opportunities to work on CLO, ABS, CMBS and related secured or asset-backed lending transactions.

Successful candidates will join a transactional team advising on private securities offerings, securitizations and bank/asset-backed lending. The team seeks lawyers who can manage deal execution, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and coordinate with lenders, investors and other deal parties.

2–6 years post-qualification law firm experience in securitization/structured finance, capital markets or bank/asset-backed lending
Experience with CLOs, ABS, CMBS or syndicated/asset-backed lending preferred
Strong academic record and demonstrable law firm transaction experience
Juris Doctor (or equivalent) from an accredited law school and active membership in a U.S. bar
Resume/CV required; law school transcript and cover letter encouraged
