Seeking a mid‑level structured finance associate to join a major New York finance practice. The role focuses on securitization and asset‑backed financings, with responsibility for transaction drafting, negotiation and execution across a range of structured products.

You'll work on deals from early structuring through closing, coordinate cross‑team deliverables, assist with offering and disclosure materials when applicable, and have client‑facing opportunities. The team handles transactions for issuers, sponsors, borrowers and lenders.

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York Bar (in good standing).
Minimum of 3 years' experience in structured finance/securitization at a large or global law firm or comparable practice.
Experience with securitizations, warehouse facilities, forward flow arrangements and asset‑backed financings; experience with esoteric or consumer receivable assets preferred.
Excellent drafting, communication and analytical skills, strong judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities and mentor junior associates.
