Associate, Tax (Real Estate) — Dallas

Growing tax team in Dallas is seeking associates to work on real estate-focused tax matters, including REIT-related work. The role involves technical tax research and analysis in support of transactional and structuring matters within a national practice.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative group that handles complex, often novel tax issues for institutional real estate clients and will have access to mentorship and professional development.

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent; law school class years 2022 and later
• Solid technical knowledge of tax law and strong legal research skills
• Experience or demonstrated interest in real estate tax and REIT matters
• Excellent writing, oral communication, and analytical abilities; strong academic credentials
