Associate, Technology Companies Group

Dynamic associate role within a Technology Companies group supporting high-growth and emerging technology clients. The position is open across multiple U.S. offices and will work on financings, venture capital matters, and technology-related corporate transactions for startups and growth-stage companies.

The team offers a destination practice with deep technology-market experience and a broad platform that supports clients as they scale. The role provides exposure to deal work, training and mentorship, and collaboration with cross-office teams focused on emerging growth matters.

• 2–3 years' associate experience at a law firm, with a focus on venture financings, private offerings and corporate work for emerging companies
• Strong drafting, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Admission to the state bar of the office where the candidate will be located
• Ability to work in fast-paced deal teams and manage transactional deliverables
