Associate — US & International Tax — Nashville

Growing national tax team seeks an associate to join its US & international tax practice in Nashville. The role focuses on cross-border tax matters and transactional tax work within a collaborative practice supporting corporate clients.

The team handles a variety of tax issues across M&A and cross-border transactions; this position offers exposure to complex tax structuring and advisory work alongside experienced tax practitioners. The group values professional development, mentorship, and a collegial culture.

• 1–3 years of tax experience at a law firm preferred; candidates with general transactional or corporate experience who want to specialize in M&A tax will be considered
• Admission to the Tennessee bar required (or ability to obtain)
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
