We are seeking a Healthcare Transactions Associate to join our nationally recognized healthcare practice, preferably in Nashville, TN; Chicago, IL; or Houston, TX. In this role, you will be an integral member of deal teams advising clients on healthcare and management services organization transactions.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing due diligence, coordinating specialist review, and supervising junior associates. Ideal candidates will have 2–6 years of general corporate and mergers and acquisitions experience, with healthcare transactions experience strongly preferred. Private practice or law firm experience is preferred; private equity experience is a plus. Candidates with relevant transactional experience from in-house roles will also be considered.

The successful candidate will bring strong drafting, negotiation, organizational, and project management skills, along with sound judgment, close attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced transactional environment. A strong academic background and immediately transferable corporate/M&A skills are essential.

Candidates must be licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the state in which they will reside. This position is expected to work in the office at least three business days per week.
