We are seeking an associate with 3–6 years of relevant law firm experience to join a US-based Banking & Finance practice. The team advises lenders and borrowers on a broad range of debt financings, including private credit, receivables and structured financings, distressed situations, syndicated facilities and growth capital transactions.

While the team is particularly interested in candidates based in New York, Los Angeles or San Francisco, candidates located in other US offices will be considered. The role offers structured training, mentoring, and integration into client-facing deal teams within a collaborative firm culture.

3–6 years of experience in a law firm banking/finance practice.
Demonstrated experience on debt financings (e.g., private credit, receivables, syndicated facilities, distressed financings).
Member in good standing of a U.S. State Bar and able to satisfy jurisdictional requirements for the hiring office.
Strong client-service orientation, commercial awareness, and excellent drafting and transactional skills.
