A leading international law firm is seeking a Banking & Finance associate with two to five years of experience to join its Finance & Restructuring team in New York. This is a full-time permanent position focused on transactional lending work, with a strong preference for leveraged-lending experience.

The role involves drafting and negotiating commitment papers, term sheets, credit agreements, and security documents, so prior hands-on experience with these tasks is valuable. Candidates with direct lending or private equity sponsor-side experience, as well as those who have worked for banks or lending counsel, are particularly well suited.
