Senior associate role in a finance team focused on transactional lending, with an emphasis on leveraged-lending matters. The role involves drafting and negotiating commitment papers, term sheets, credit agreements and security documents across sponsor and bank-side transactions.

The successful candidate will join a busy Finance & Restructuring practice handling complex financings and working closely with private equity and lending clients. This is a full-time, permanent position based in New York.

2–5 years post-qualification transactional lending experience, preferably leveraged finance
Proven experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, term sheets, credit agreements and security documents
Experience on sponsor-side private equity transactions or with banks/lending counsel preferred
Admission to the New York bar required
