We are seeking an experienced Banking & Finance lawyer (4–10 years’ PQE) for interim consultant assignments based in the UAE, primarily in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. You will work on-site with leading international banks, corporates, and sovereign wealth funds, supporting a broad range of corporate and investment banking matters.

Typical assignments are six months in duration and offer the flexibility of a consulting career while accessing top-tier resources, learning programmes, and professional development support.

Key responsibilities may include:

Advising on day-to-day legal and regulatory matters across the region
Drafting and negotiating financing documentation, including bilateral and syndicated credit facilities, trade finance agreements, working capital loans, guarantees, and collateral arrangements
Developing template and bespoke documentation for conventional and Islamic financial products
Supporting M&A, capital markets, payments, trading, and securities services matters
Assisting with new product launches and governance/management issues
Advising on regulatory compliance, including central bank regulations, anti-money laundering legislation, and sanctions frameworks
Managing relationships with external counsel and overseeing quality and cost-effectiveness

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
