Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate — New York

Leading international law firm team within Securities & Public Company Advisory is seeking a 3 6 year associate with solid bankruptcy and financial restructuring experience. The role focuses on representing creditors, particularly secured creditors, in large chapter 11 restructurings and related out-of-court transactions and contested matters.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary practice handling both transactional and litigation aspects of complex restructurings. This is a client-facing role that requires strong drafting, negotiating, and courtroom skills.

• 3 6 years' bankruptcy / restructuring experience (mid-level associate)
