Growing litigation team in Carlsbad is seeking junior to mid-level business and commercial litigation attorneys to join a national, full-service firm platform. The role offers exposure to complex matters in state and federal courts and opportunities for career development across a broad litigation practice.

Candidates will work on discovery, depositions, dispositive and pretrial motions, and court appearances as needed. Experience defending class actions and trial experience are advantageous but not required. Licensed and admitted to practice in California
Strong academic credentials and demonstrated legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Self-starter able to manage assignments and take ownership on active matters
Experience with written discovery and responding to discovery; experience taking depositions and drafting dispositive/pretrial motions preferred
Trial experience and class-action defense experience are a plus
