We are looking for self-starters with strong academic credentials and proven abilities in legal writing, analysis, and research. Preferred experience includes responding to and propounding written discovery, taking depositions, and drafting dispositive and pre-trial motions. Trial experience and defending class actions are a plus, but not required.

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in California.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the California State Bar (active license)
Excellent academic background
Superior legal writing, analytical, and research skills
Experience with written discovery, depositions, and motion practice preferred
Trial experience and class action defense experience a plus
