We are seeking a knowledge lawyer to join our Real Estate practice group, supporting the delivery of know-how and legal research across the team. This role offers the opportunity to work with colleagues across multiple UK offices, contributing to the development of precedents, practice notes, and training materials.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and maintaining know-how resources, including precedents, checklists, and guidance notes.
Monitoring legal and regulatory developments affecting the real estate sector and disseminating updates.
Supporting the delivery of training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Collaborating with fee earners and business development teams to enhance service delivery.

The role is open to candidates with relevant real estate legal experience, ideally with a background in a law firm or in-house legal team. Strong drafting, communication, and organisational skills are essential.

We are looking for candidates with:

Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with strong experience in real estate law.
Proven ability to create and manage legal know-how resources.
Excellent drafting and legal research skills.
Commercially aware with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple offices.
