Join a specialist immigration practice as a Business Immigration Associate supporting corporate and individual clients on complex U.S. immigration matters. You will work in a collaborative, team-oriented group that leverages dedicated immigration expertise and technology to deliver high-quality, efficient client service.

In this role you will independently manage casework, research technical immigration issues, prepare and file applications, and develop strategies for complex matters. You will also help supervise junior staff, participate in client meetings, and contribute to process improvements and business development activities.

U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a U.S. state bar or Washington, D.C. bar
3–5 years' post-qualification experience in business immigration
Strong working knowledge of U.S. immigration law and case preparation/filing
Prior team management or supervisory experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and to support client-facing work and business development
