Business Immigration Associate — Pittsburgh

Join a specialist immigration practice handling corporate global mobility and business immigration matters. You will work in a team-focused environment, supporting client programs, preparing petitions and applications, and advising on non‑immigrant and immigrant case strategy.

The role combines client-facing communication, substantive drafting and research, and collaboration with global mobility teams. You will use established precedents and firm technology to manage cases, mentor junior staff, and help improve process efficiency and compliance.

• U.S. JD or LLM required
• Member of a U.S. state bar or Washington, D.C. bar
• Approximately 2–3 years' post‑qualification experience in business immigration
• Practical knowledge of U.S. immigration law and petition preparation
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong proofreading skills
• Client-service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
