Our nationally recognized corporate practice seeks associates with two to seven years of capital markets and public securities experience. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in representing companies and/or underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions, with a focus on technology, consumer/retail, and life sciences clients.

Qualified applicants will also have experience advising public companies on corporate governance, SEC and exchange reporting, and compliance matters, as well as the ability to manage client relationships and handle the day-to-day demands of sophisticated clients.

Candidates should have experience in the capital markets department of a national or international law firm and demonstrate high academic achievement from a recognized law school.
