Capital Markets (Securities) Associate — 2nd–7th Year

A highly regarded international corporate practice seeks associates with two to seven years of capital markets and public securities experience to join its nationally and internationally recognized team. The role spans multiple offices across the United States.

The position focuses on representing companies and underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions, with significant exposure to the technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors. The work also involves advising public companies on corporate governance, SEC and exchange reporting, and ongoing compliance obligations.

Candidates will manage client relationships and handle the day-to-day demands and workflow of a range of clients with sophisticated needs. The team offers meaningful responsibility and direct client contact within a collaborative, high-caliber environment.

• Two to seven years of capital markets and public securities experience
• Experience representing companies and/or underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions
• Experience advising public companies on corporate governance, SEC and exchange reporting, and compliance
• Prior experience in the capital markets department of a national or international law firm
• Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle sophisticated client demands
