Experienced capital markets lawyer sought for a busy Luxembourg banking & finance team within a large international firm. The role involves cross-border capital markets work, including debt and equity transactions, and close collaboration with other finance specialists across the firm's network.

The team advises on a range of banking and capital markets matters and offers structured training, professional development and opportunities to contribute to business development. The role is based in Luxembourg and will suit a candidate comfortable working in an international, multilingual environment.

Law degree with a background in finance or business law
Several years' post-qualification experience in capital markets (law firm experience preferred); equity capital markets experience an advantage
Fluent English; French preferred; additional languages such as German or Luxembourgish advantageous
Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills; attention to detail and ability to handle multiple matters
Proactive, team-oriented attitude, confidentiality and good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
