Apply in confidence →We are seeking a mid-level associate with 2–6 years of experience to join our Capital Markets practice, focusing on residential mortgage loan securitizations and other consumer asset-backed securities (including credit card, auto, unsecured, and student loan receivables). Candidates with more experience and/or asset-based lending experience will also be considered.
- 2–6 years of experience in residential mortgage securitization and/or securitization of consumer receivables (credit card, auto, unsecured, or student loans).
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with asset-based lending is a plus.
