A junior-to-mid-level associate is sought for a capital markets team supporting a commercial mortgage securitization practice. The role focuses on drafting and reviewing disclosure in offering materials and working directly with clients and deal teams.

Familiarity with commercial real estate is preferred but not required. The position offers regular interaction with lawyers and clients on transactional securitization matters and requires strong drafting and document-review skills.
