Our client, a leading international law firm, seeks a talented associate with 2–6 years of capital markets and public securities experience to join its renowned corporate practice in New York.

Ideal candidates will have experience representing companies and underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions, with a focus on technology, consumer/retail, and life sciences sectors. Experience advising public companies on corporate governance and SEC and exchange reporting and compliance is also key.

The role offers the opportunity to manage client relationships and handle the day-to-day demands of a sophisticated client base. Candidates should have worked in the capital markets department of a national or international law firm and demonstrate a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
