Experienced capital markets associate opportunity in a well-regarded corporate practice in New York. The role focuses on public securities work for companies and underwriters, including IPOs and equity-linked transactions across technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors.

Responsibilities include representing public companies on corporate governance, SEC and exchange reporting and compliance, and managing day-to-day client needs. The team seeks candidates with prior capital markets experience at a national or international law firm.

3–6 years PQE in capital markets / public securities experience
Experience representing companies and underwriters in public offerings (including IPOs) and equity/equity-linked transactions
Experience advising public companies on corporate governance and SEC/exchange reporting and compliance
Prior experience in the capital markets department of a national or international law firm; strong academic credentials
