Capital Markets Attorney, Securities

Seeking a capital markets associate to join a national, multi-office securities team. The role focuses on public offerings and ongoing public-company representation across technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors.

Responsibilities include advising issuers and underwriters on IPOs and other equity or equity-linked financings, handling public-company corporate governance and SEC/exchange reporting matters, and managing day-to-day client workstreams for sophisticated issuers.

• 3–6 years PQE in capital markets/public securities experience
• Experience representing companies and underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and equity-linked transactions
• Experience advising public companies on corporate governance and SEC/exchange reporting and compliance
• Background in the capital markets group of a national or international law firm and strong academic credentials
