Apply in confidence →Our client, a leading international law firm, seeks a mid-level associate with two to six years of capital markets and public securities experience to join its highly regarded corporate practice.
- Represent issuers and underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions, with a focus on technology, consumer/retail, and life sciences sectors.
- Advise public companies on corporate governance, SEC and exchange reporting, and compliance matters.
- Manage client relationships and handle day-to-day demands of a sophisticated clientele.
Ideal candidates will have trained in the capital markets department of a national or international law firm and possess strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
- 2–6 years of capital markets and public securities experience in a law firm setting.
- Experience with IPOs and other public equity offerings, particularly in technology, consumer/retail, or life sciences.
- Experience with SEC reporting, corporate governance, and exchange compliance.
- Strong academic record from a leading law school.
- Excellent client relationship and project management skills.
