An internationally recognized corporate practice is seeking associates with two to six years of capital markets and public securities experience to join its team. The role offers exposure to sophisticated, high-profile transactions and long-term client relationships.

The position involves representing companies and underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions, with a focus on the technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors. You will also advise public companies on corporate governance, SEC and exchange reporting, and compliance matters.

Candidates should be comfortable managing client relationships and handling day-to-day workflow demands for a variety of clients with sophisticated needs. 2–6 years of capital markets and public securities experience
Experience representing companies and underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and equity or equity-linked transactions
Experience advising public companies on corporate governance, SEC and exchange reporting, and compliance
Prior experience in the capital markets department of a national or international law firm
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
Strong client relationship management and workflow coordination skills
