The role involves advising on securities law, corporate governance, compliance matters, public offerings and cross-border transactions, and working closely with seasoned deal teams.

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
4–5 years of corporate law experience with demonstrated capital markets and corporate compliance work
Experience with U.S. securities laws (Securities Act of 1933 and Exchange Act of 1934), corporate governance, public offerings, and cross-border transactions
Colorado bar admission or ability to obtain admission
Strong analytical, writing and oral communication skills; excellent academic record
